RELAX = Key of Enjoying Life

Relax is the process of releasing tension or stress. This is because to lower down the anger & anxiety and increased the calmness & healthy.

First, make have a positive minded because if negative thinking will make you hard to relax and keep on blame others thing.Therefore, can try to have some activity do to or find out the interest that you wish to do......

How To Relax??? Here have some ideas to recommend......

**Having a hot shower or soak into bathtub before bedtime. It have the calming effect and can be a remedy for those hard to sleep.

**Laughter --the best and cheapest medicine to reduce stress, it not only bring out yours sadness but also take in to you the happiness.

**Listen songs that you like or watch comedy movie or drama to get some laugh and happy mood.

**Play games, take around 15mins to left yours work and play games awhile to refresh your mind, to make you refresh and more energy to go in again to your work.

**Reading novel --relax minded from work and gain knowledge at the same time.

**Exercise or yoga --relaxing your body muscle.

**Travel --if time allow you, can plan a short journey to travel any place to relax and refreshing yourself.

  2. It is true 'Relax is the key to enjoying life" because there a lot of stress or problem we need to face in daily life. Beside, it is depend on each person what is their way to enjoying life.
